Automatic relinking of linked files - LABD as invalid path

After moving linked pdf files from path "C:\Temp\Zotero\ToDo" to "C:\Temp\Zotero\Paper" which is set as LABD there is no possibility of automatic relinking any more since version 7.0.9

The debug output sais:

The last path would be the correct one, but there is the error "invalid path" as well.

Furthermore, the auto relinking of more than one paper is not possible any more.
