Update Zotero Slow Down Syncing & In-text Citations

I have been using Zotero for 5 years and never had any problem with it until recently when I updated Zotero. It took a much longer time to sync my references(almost 30 minutes) in my window computer Zotero despite it was only 10 extra references. All references were previously input through a Mac. The online Zotero synced really quick but the window one was really slow despite re-install and restart. It also took a very long time to load when I used it in Word to input my in-text citations. I never encountered these issues before as it always synced really well. If anyone know how to improve these problems, please let me know.

    Restart your computer. If it's still slow, submit a restart Debug ID through and attempt to insert a citation into a new document that is slow.
