Upgrade StorageCommunication Problem (Word and Chrome plug-in)
Hello,
Since updating Zotero, I can no longer get it to communicate with either Word or the Chrome extension. I’ve tried reinstalling both Zotero and the extensions, but nothing changes. Regarding Word, the error message is:
"Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
What can I do to solve the issue after trying everything?
I should mention that before the update, everything was working perfectly. (I use a Mac)
