Methods for saving snapshots of multi-page online web forum threads

A quick search indicates that this question has come up a few times before, without obvious optimal solutions. It is common in many online forums for threads to run to multiple pages. The Zotero Web Connector's snapshot will only save the page you have displayed, not all the thread's pages. Some forums can be configured to display a continuous thread view rather than the paged view, but many can't. So how to best capture snapshots of multi-page threads ?

The Zotero FAQ does include a method that apparently works for some multi-page sites like online newspapers, where you use the page print option to get the entire content. A method using the Web Archive that may work in limited circumstances has also been described. There are thread reader/unroll apps for Twitter.

I recently found an approach that seems to work for multi-page forums that have no other work-able options ...

There are extensions for browsers that can display multi-page forum threads as a continuous page. For Chrome, I have tried uAutoPagerize and Infy-Scroll. Both have good ratings.

I then use the SingleFile Chrome extension to save the whole thread to an HTML file (the same method that Zotero uses internally for snapshots). I could have simply used the Zotero Web Connector to save the page with snapshot, but I found it to be a bit flaky for that particular operation - sometimes it saved a snapshot but sometimes it didn't (possibly due to the four dozen or so other Chrome extensions I use ! YMMV). In any case it was more robust to use SingleFile to save the page, and then add the resulting HTML file as an attachment to the item in Zotero Desktop.

Interested to hear of any other approaches that work well.
