multiple source insertion problem

Could anyone help what the problem is? The single insertion of literature works well, but to insert multiple sources only adding two literatures works properly, when I want to insert 3 literatures or more by multiple source function, it gives an error message like: C:\Program "Files\Zotero\zotero.exe
Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"
and the program makes breaking the line and does not see the literature inserted.
