file doesn’t download and won’t open

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Zotero app on both my Android and iOS devices. When I try to open a PDF attached to an item, the file doesn’t download and won’t open.
I’ve ensured that:
My storage is synced and there’s enough space.
The library is fully synced across all devices.
The PDF files are accessible on my desktop Zotero app.
Despite this, the issue persists. Is there something I might be missing? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated!
