Blinking white borders when resizing

The sides of the app UI blink in white when resizing it.

Do you see this in light mode too?

Does it happen both in Troubleshooting Mode (which disables hardware graphics acceleration) and regular mode?

I see the problem also in light mode, but it is a bit less visible:
