Can't save bibliography to zotero account

I created a bibliography on zotero before creating an account. Now I have an account, the Windows app, and the Chrome extension. I'm trying to save my bib to my zoteo library but it's not working. Any help?

You mean you have the bibliography in the Windows app? Just sync: https://www.zotero.org/support/sync
