google docs and zotero - no bib showing up after clicking "unlink"

windows PC, google chrome, i installed the zotero extension, deactivated all the others extensions, created a copy of the doc, saw that all my citations are ok (while hovering over the citations i see the link) -
still when clicking unlink, there seems to be some process but after that no bibliography is showing up

any ideas how to solve that?

You need to generate the bibliography first: https://www.zotero.org/support/google_docs#bibliography
