Unable to export from Zotero in Biblatex

Hello, my complaint id is 213304051, I have been trying to export my bibliography in biblatex but it keeps giving me the error that "auto-update is not allowed, cannot export, I shouldn't have received this text and thus should contact the team." I hope you guys can sort this out for me.
