Package inputenc error...

Hi guys I install a new update of zotero, and when I export my database and compile my latex document I got an error: Package inputenc error:

Package inputenc error: keyboard character used is undefined
inputenc in inputencoding `latin1'


, I find a related discussion http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/7477/ , but it doenst work for me because I can't select ISO-8859-1 encoding option anywhere when exporting, what can I do?.

gear icon -> preferences-> export tab -> select "display character encoding option on export" under "character encoding."

Hi noksagt, I already did it, but I can't find it... as you can see in this image http://www.glowfoto.com/viewimage.php?img=29-115954L&rand=6982&t=jpg&m=03&y=2010&srv=img6 , so any other suggestions?

Can't find what? ISO-8859-1 is in that list.

yes I can't find ISO-8859-1 ....

real dumb sorry.... I did find it, but in my document the references are not like they used to be, now in the references is not appearing the web pages related.... so again...
