Upgraded to 2GB storage but still not syncing

Hi there,
When I try to sync from my Zotero desktop app, I get the red exclamation point and the message "You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota". However, I upgraded to 2GB storage two days ago and my Zotero storage folder is only 750MB.
Any ideas?

  • You're not using any storage and only have a few dozen items in the account you're posting from.

    Check the Sync settings in the Zotero app to see the account you're actually syncing with, and then email us at storage@zotero.org and we can move your subscription to the correct account.
