I purchased unlimited storage to back up all my references and related data. However, since the related data exceeds 4GB, I encountered this error.

That's ridiculous!

If there is a restriction of 4GB for a single file, how can you claim to offer unlimited storage?!

    Because it's unrelated? There's a technical limitation on uploading files greater than 4 GB. That has nothing to do with storage space being unlimited.

    Paste TC3THDWL into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachment in question (usually something like a whole movie file), delete it, and empty the trash. You can re-add the file as a linked file from elsewhere on your computer, but it can't be synced at this time. We hope to address this technical limitation in a future version.
