Google Doc and Zotero not communicating properly.
Attempt to add citation and the google doc freezes saying it is updating the doc. Zotero progress bar freezes and doesn't go to input citation search.
Restart Google doc and click add/edit citation, nothing happens.
Restart Google doc and Zotero, click add/edit citation, says another user is in citations and won't let me in.
Have restarted computer, Zotero, and google several times. Left on the updating doc screen for over an hour. Nothing progresses. Can't add citations or bibliography.

adomasvenRestart Zotero and refresh the Google Docs page. Submit a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation.

mattbatemanI tried that. Because it freezes, I have to shut down Zotero and therefore the debug report doesn't work.

adomasvenAre you sure that all Zotero windows completely freeze and do not respond?
