problem to inter the zotero after installing

Hi. when i download the software from the site and extracting this message showed and with both icons the processes ended and no sofware were installed.
what should i write on username & password?
(my username & password in zotero site were not accepted!!!!1

This has nothing to do with your Zotero account — it's a prompt from Windows because your current user account doesn't have permission to install software.

Assuming this is an institutional computer, you should ask your IT department for help.

If you don't have administrative access, you should be able to install Zotero for just your user account by cancelling that dialog. If it's installed system-wide but you don't have admin privileges, you might run into permission prompts at various points.
