Upgrade StorageZotero not syncing

When attempting to sync the desktop library to Zotero.org, I get a sync error icon (red circle with exclamation point), that says "Group with libraryID 1 does not exist"

I recently upgraded my Zotero storage space and tried to sync my desktop Zotero with the online database, but I continue receiving errors.

dstillmanRestart Zotero (and update to 7.0.10, which fixes what causes this).
