how is storage calculated?

When I click on "show data directory" in "advanced settings" and then right click the folder to check local storage, it is a different size than the one shown in https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage

I ask because I think local size shows x10 tinier size than the online one.

    If Zotero is set to only download files "as needed", or if you added the files on another computer and all the files haven't synced, you just may not have all files locally.

    Note that you're at your file storage quota online, so you almost certainly have more (and potentially many more) files on some local device than you have online, not fewer.
