Crashed world file

While finishing the text, I wanted to delete a link from citatios, but zotero said there is an error in a link, so I decided to refresh all the links and all the text and images dissapered, there are only the notes lest in the document, but when open from textbook, there seem to be some text, but unreadable. Auto text recovery in the world shows only the corrupted file, when I try to add or refresh the text, there push information about error again. Is there any possibilities to fix the text?

    There was no report ID,
    system used: Windows 10 Pro
    Zotero version: 6.0.36
    Microsoft office professional plus 2019 version
