pdf not downloading on ipad

The pdf opens fine on desktop, but when trying to open the pdf on ipad it just gets stuck in the "downloaded 0/1" message. Some pdf's work fine, but others just get stuck.

There's no file download attempt in that Debug ID. Can you provide a Debug ID that includes an attempt to open a file?

Sorry, thanks for the followup but I managed to resolve it. My WebDAV server was offline.
