Incorrect Number of Related Items

An item has 5 related items. However, the reported number in Zotero 7 is incorrect, while it is in Zotero 6.

Can you reproduce the bug with a new item?

The item has been created on Oct. 15th this year. Today, I added the reciprocal relations to other items and it correctly shows "5 related items" for those items. Only the one in OP still displays "7 related items". The bin is empty. So strictly speaking, I cannot reproduce with a new item.
