"dc:relation" not working when importing Zotero RDF files into Zotero Desktop

I'm using Zotero 7.0.9 and have recently exported my library to a Zotero RDF file. In the file I clearly see my item (isbn:978-1-4292-1812-2) is related to my linked PDF file "item_526"

My problem: when importing using this Zotero RDF file, all the information is imported in the new collection created except for the related items. This also happened when i imported to another computer.

Does anyone have had this problem or similar happened to them? Any help is appreciated
