file sync error even with recently uploaded files

Hi,
I am using Zotero 7.0.3. I am repeatedly getting errors of file sync.
In some cases Zotero cannot open a file that I have just uploaded to it. My report id is 801069255. Thanks for your help!

    Note that you're on an outdated version of Zotero, but this is a problem with your computer or network. Something is blocking requests to Amazon cloud servers.
