Cannot Access Right Click Menu on PDF's

I have PDF's in my Zotero library that are assigned numbers as titles. When I right click on them I do not have access to the right click menu that is described here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/66852/how-to-change-file-name-in-library-list-title-field

I restarted my computer and briefly was able to see the right click menu but now it's defaulted back to this when I right click:

Going to the "Zotero Connector" Drop down > preferences opens a page that says Zotero Status is Currently Offline (even though I'm actively able to save links via the plugin at persent).

That's a web browser you are looking at, and you are viewing your web library in that browser. That is not the Zotero app, so you won't get the same context menu you'd get in the Zotero app. And the settings you are looking at are the Connector's settings, not the Zotero app's. The connector (which is an add-on to your browser) can save to your Zotero library even when the Zotero app is not running on that computer.

It was not clear if you were aware of this, so sorry if none of this is news to you.

Zotero has a lot more functionality that you can access in the web library in a browser.
