import multiple files from a collection

For the past few days, it has no longer been possible to import multiple files from a collection at once in Zotero using the "Puzzle" feature. An update was installed, and the PC has been restarted multiple times, but the issue persists.

    Assuming you're talking about saving from your browser, to be clear, there's not really a "Puzzle feature" — that's just the menu your browser shows for unpinned extension buttons. If you save to Zotero regularly, you should pin its button to the toolbar from that menu. See No Toolbar Button.
