Upgrade StorageAnnotating PDFs on a chromebook/crostini?

I'm considering buying a Chromebook. I'd love to hear from others who are using Zotero 7 on ChromeOS: are you able to annotate PDFs inside Zotero? Does it work with a stylus?
It would really help me to know what your experience is like. Thanks in advance,
