Error saving new item
Error ID: 493991902
I get the following error message when I try to save a new item using the Zotero icon in the address bar: "Could Not Save Item....check known translator issues." I have updated both Zotero and Firefox and am using the most recent translators. I have restarted Firefox multiple times, restarted my computer, and tried two different computers, and the problem persists. Help asap is appreciated. Thanks!

sydnorphynNB: I have discovered that this error only occurs when using EBSCOhost. Other translators work just fine.
