Upgrade StorageSome of my pdfs are greyed out

I have recently upgraded to the most recent version of Zotero. I suspect prior to this I was uploading pdfs without realising I was over my quota. I have now deleted files to make space but the pdfs are still not available.
This happens on the desktop app and in my online library.
I really need to open the greyed out pdfs. When I try to, it says: "The attached file could not be found at the following path:
C:\Users\kmonahan\Zotero\storage\57BZWJSA\Noblet et al. - 2021 - Accreditation of advanced clinical practice of mus.pdf
It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org."
It is all synced so that's not the problem.
Please can anyone help?

dstillmanIf you're getting that message, the files most likely were never synced from the device where you added them. See Files Not Syncing.
