Word on Mac

can someone help? the first image i get this message on Zotero settings: "the Zotero Word plugin has been successfully installed, but word must be restarted before It can be used". and the other message tells me that Zotero don't have permission to control word. I get the pro mission if I fined system selection and click at automation (something I did), and then you need to fined Zotero and to provide for word is activated under Zotero. at the end I need to restart word. But how do I activate word again? I have upgraded word on App Store, and tried to restarted the Mac, but nothing happened. I have Zotero in word, but I can't get access.
