Menu dissapeared from Word for MAc

I just noticed that the menu option for Zotera 7.0 disappeared from my Word for Mac (Version 16.77) on a Imac (11.70 Big Sur). I've tried to re-install through Zotero but it doesn't reappear.

Looked on Youtube (5 year old video) and was instructed to manually place the .dotm file into the Word Startup folder and there was no Word Start-up folder. I hae re-installed Zotera and Word to no avail.

Thankful for any help!

Thanks! I thought I had gone through all the stages...but I did this time...

It was the Start-up in word that was the problem
