Laptop crashed - how to recover Zotero library

My laptop broke down suddenly and I was using the Zotero application for my research project. I tried logging into Zotero web on another device, but it seems that I lost all of my saved sources. Is there any way I can recover my sources?

It looks like there's data in the account you're posting from, probably saved directly from the Zotero Connector, but you never synced the desktop app with it.

If you weren't syncing the desktop app, your only option would be to restore from a backup you made of your Zotero data directory.

If you think you might have been syncing with a different account, you can try resetting the password using different email addresses to see if you get a reset email.
