Upgrade Storage[Question] Mechanism for detecting local file change
what's the mechanism, say, for zotero to detect the change in file? (e.g. edit using external pdf viewer), what's the interval (if applies)?
relatedly, 1) what's the interval of syncing the externally modified file? and 2) how about fetching the annotation from the file and incorporating into the zotero database (as Notes)?
