• It looks like you've moved your Zotero data directory into Documents. If you have Desktop and Documents syncing with iCloud Drive, you have your Zotero database in a cloud storage folder, which you absolutely can't do. That's likely to be the problem here, and we can't provide any support here as long as you have Zotero set up that way. If you have Desktop and Documents syncing on, you'll need to move the data directory back to the default location.
