Bibliography loses formatting when adding citation in text

I have been having an issue with zotero where my bibliography reverts to an incorrectly formatted APA that has no hanging indentation and is not double spaced. I am using the 64 bit zotero with windows, google chrome and Microsoft Word 2019. As I said, my references are added as incorrectly formatted and even after I change them, once I add a new in-text citation or modify an entry in zotero they will update and revert back to the incorrectly formatted version. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

    You can either modify the Bibliography text style in Word to match APA requirements or change the citation style in the Zotero Document Preferences to a different one and then change back to APA at which point Zotero will reset the Bibliography style to the correct one for APA.
