Zotero and google docs

Hi,
One of my students is working with a mac computer latest version but she can't see Zotero on her google docs. Have you heard of any issue of that kind with Google Docs?

Is the Zotero connector installed?

The connector is installed in the browser but and the plug in in word but in it doesn't work with google docs...
I will ask her to restart Google drive and the browser to see what happens
