unable to use zotero in google docs

    hi, i am unable to use zotero in google docs regardless of what browser im using. ive tried chrome, arc, zen. i clicked on the zotero icon or on the zotero settings in the top panel and tried to add citations. nothing happened. please investigate and fix this issue

    willing to record the process and send it to an email or thru dropbox. let me know any additional info u might need

    We'd need the same answers from you as in the other thread. You also provide a Report ID, not the Debug ID that we need.

    That's from the Zotero Connector. For this we want a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation.

    You did not restart Zotero. The instructions from the other thread:

    Restart Zotero and refresh Google Docs. Then provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation.

    hey! i restarted zotero and refreshed google docs. then i tried zotero and it ask me to connect the zotero with my google docs. now its working fine :D thank you anyways
