Receive back the money paid to upgrade the plan
Good afternoon, I need to contact the Zotero team, but I can't find any way to reach them. I just upgraded my plan to 2GB because the free version wasn't enough to accommodate all the PDFs I have. I can't see how much space the PDFs are taking up in Zotero, but I thought that going from 500MB to 2GB would be sufficient, and it wasn't! The problem is that I only found this out after paying for the plan. If I had known it wouldn't be enough, I would never have paid for the plan because it doesn't solve my problem. And I really can't afford to pay for unlimited storage. I believe that, as with all purchases, I should have a few days to cancel the subscription, so I would like to cancel the subscription, please. I feel somewhat misled because I was somehow encouraged to pay for a plan without knowing if it would solve my problem. The references were all imported from Mendeley, but Zotero didn't tell me in advance how much space they would take up. It just gradually informed me that my storage was full. First, it said that I was at 15% of my paid plan, then it said I was at 75%, and now suddenly I'm at 100% again! So I paid for nothing, but I wasn't warned beforehand. Thank you.
