Remove Zotero

I have tried a number of the suggestions in this forum for removing Zotero from my computer but it is still showing up. I uninstalled it and the app no longer appears but I still see Zotero in the ribbon of my Word doc. I have not been able to remove Zotero.dotm from my Word Add-ins because the "Remove" button is greyed out. I used the full path and removed Zotero from my library but this add-in is persistent.
