PDF miss `.pdf` extension in Zotero for iOS 1.0.42
In iOS 18.1, when sharing a PDF file to the Zotero app, I can see the PDF in the iOS app correctly.
When I sync in Zotero MacOS, I see the file in my library, but it fails to open using an external viewer. Show in Finder reveals that the file doesn't have the `.pdf` extension.
This happened in the last 6.x version of Zotero I had, and also in 7.0.9
I tested:
- Share PDF in iOS from web pages or apps that open a webpage.
- Editing the PDF in Zotero iOS and then try to see in Zotero MacOS.
It works well if I set "Open PDFs using" to Zotero.
Importing files in Zotero iOS is an essential part of my workflow, and part of the reasons I'm paying for cloud space.
Thank you!

I tried with the PDF of a patent in google, and it worked!
But it's failing systematically with PDFs from https://arxiv.org/
