Chndoi -- Add item from China DOI database

Hello all,
I'm trying to use the wizard and add some DOI from a Chinese source, but it doesn't resolve. Looking into it, I found that this China DOI, abbr. Chndoi, comes from a different database or repository or DOI organization?

I don't quite understand why there is a separate system, but I have noticed that some DOIs from Chinese researchers do not resolve. However, they link to the website https://www.chndoi.org/home/index

Unfortunately, this site is only in Chinese, so I cannot read it. I don't want to call this a feature request. Just an observation for now.

    Here is an example. https://doi.org/10.16418/j.issn.1000-3045.2019.09.003

    Despite the doi.org, it won't be added?

    Yes, that DOI is registered with CNKI, and as far as we know there's no public API for retrieving metadata. CNKI has also recently moved to block foreign access to some of its materials, so this probably won't be changing anytime soon.

    Unfortunately, although I have written translators for almost all websites pointed to by China DOI, the links pointing to CNKI (which make up the majority) cannot be accessed in search translator due to encountering captcha and cookie validation.
