Invisible, hidden citation in Word document

i have the same problem and I was able to solve it by toggling Word field codes and finding the truly invisible, hidden citation in the document. It is completely invisible until the field codes are toggled. I have a repdocucible example I can share. Where can I share this with Zotero to get it fixed in future versions?
