The ‘Add By Identifier’ feature does not work in the web library.

I'm using a group weblibrary, and when I try to add a document
using a DOI, it doesn't work at all.

I can add a new document or attach a PDF.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem as me!
It works fine in the windows programme.

After pressing enter/return, do you see the spinner next to the input field?
