I am having the same issue as the original post, but the setting that fixed their problem is not resolving it for me.
I have a Private group where Library Editing can be done by any group members and File Editing can be done by Any group members selected. I share the account with one other person and neither of us can add file attachments.
Anyone know what could be the problem?

If you're still having trouble, what exactly are you trying and what exactly is happening? Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?
