Error while updating bibliography entries

I encountered an issue while updating references in my article. After the update, some articles appear twice in the bibliography and the list isn't updating properly. Additionally, I'm receiving an error message. I should note that in my Zotero library, each article appears only once.
I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.

the message was - Warning: If you edit a citation in the editor it will no longer update to reflect changes in your database or the citation style. Thanks
