Word could not communicate with Zotero

    Zotero isn't able to automatically update the plugin in Word, possibly due to security software on your system. You should try to fix that. If you can't, go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, and restart Word to make sure that the plugin is completely gone from Word. Then reinstall the plugin, possibly manually. But note that if you install it manually, it will occasionally break when release new versions of the plugin and you'll need to update it manually.
