Upgrade StorageCitation format is incorrectly formulated in bibliography list

Apparently, I need to use Russian GOST R 7.0.5 - 2008 (numeric, sorted alphabetically, Русский) which I downloaded from Zotero. I am writting PhD in State University of St-Petersburg. But the citations are not formulated correctly in Word they lack info and the order is not correct. Also the format of citations should work for not only Russian but also for international references.
How can I correct this problem? Thank you in advance
