Zotero to word issue - No Response?

Hi all,

Zotero to Word has been working constantly for over a year. Since last week, when I click on Add/Edit Citation or Bibliography, the window for word unselects but the usual red Zotero search bar does not pop up. There are no error messages appearing, and Zotero is open.

I've redownloaded the Word/Zotero plugin, but it hasn't done anything.

Any ideas?

Make sure the citation dialog isn't just appearing behind your other windows. That's the most likely thing here.

If you're sure it's not that, we would want a Debug ID for reproducing this after restarting Zotero.
