Upgrade StorageError adding articles from university websites
I'm having trouble getting the Zotero web connector to work. I can download a pdf to my computer and then drop it into Zotero no problem, but when I try and do it from a website, I get this error: "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."
I've been through some of the forums and I think it's a security thing because I'm logged in through my university, but I dont know how to fix it, and I can't find Zotero's proxy settings. Any advice?

dstillmanWe always need an example URL for problems with saving. Note that, while saving a PDF directly should work, you generally should save from the article page, not the PDF itself.
