Upgrade StorageAnnotations on left pane no longer visible [issue ID:1622214932]
It has been already a couple of days that I no longer am able to see the annotations in the left pane, while in PDF viewer mode. I also am not able to take new notes. Whenever I try, by highlighting a passage or taking a picture of an image it is not saved in the annotation pane.
I believe it is a bug because I think the addons that I installed cannot really cause this kind of issue. In essence, whenever I open a document which I know I have annotated extensively, the annotations appear on the left pane for a second before disappearing. I also know that the data relative to the annotations is not compromised because one of the addons (I think it is chartero) indicates the total number and exact position of each annotation in the bar next to the pdf scroll bar.

In addition, there is also a small bug concering the visualisation of the document pages right above the pdf file, because when I reduce the wirdth of the pdf section it causes all the addon icons to be squeezed and this causes the page number section to be partially covered.
I tried to troubleshoot the issue by reinstalling and updating all the addons. I also restarted the app multiple times, but so far nothing I tried solved the issue.
Does anyone have some insights into the issue or should I wait for the Zotero team to solve the bugs?

dstillmanRestart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
