Upgrade StorageCombined document "n" notes incorrect
I've recently combined 6 separate docs (chapters) - the footnote numbers begin at 1 at the start of each chapter. The problem is that the (n) numbers within a reference refer to the relevant footnote as if each chapter's footnotes ran together.
So, for example, my last footnote in chapter 5 might say something like this:
73 Smith, 'The Wealth of Nations' (n1163).
Instead of:
73 Smith, 'The Wealth of Nations' (n46).
Can anyone help please???
