Zotero Web App access to attachments

I have my Zotero library synchronized by WebDAV and I can get files from one Zotero app to another. But I can't seem to do that using the web app (such as while using a tablet or my phone). Does anyone know how I can access attached pdf in the Zotero web app (in the web browser)?

The web library cannot access WebDAV. Only Zotero storage is available. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/433567/#Comment_433567
